Looking for advice on the best way to market my interracial comic website. I'm striving to become the market leader in my niche. Any advice on reaching new customers? Below are the areas I'm familiar with but looking to maximize these areas. What other areas am I not tapping into.

* Paid traffic
* Search engine placement
* Trading Links
* Affiliates

I have no real advice as it is really not my niche. I only have 2 questions for you:

1- Does this niche really sell ? Don't get me wrong, your product looks very good! I am just wondering if surfers get turned on enough by this to buy a membership.

2- Have you tried to build yourself an affiliate program? There are surelly affiliates that are specialized in that niche that will bring you traffic in

I believe this niche sales pretty well. It is a smaller niche but not nearly as saturated as real porn. At my peak I had almost 450 subscribers but then took a tumble but I believe I know why. I had quite a few comics that weren't finished and focused on finishing them up. I'm reaching out to my current affiliates but would love to find more. Any ideas on how to reach new affiliates? I'm also in the process of going back to my old updating style when I was at my peak since I've finished up a lot of unfinished comics.

I'm not sure about toons market, but adult entertainment in pics and vids is oversaturated in straight, gay, shemale, fetish/bdsm genres. There's too much of content produced and it gets distributed thru freenet sites more efficiently than thru classic paysites

We grow only because we don't focus any longer on paysites and porn, but get into other adult entertaining areas.

Those are a few things from my experience.
Don't do paid traffic since you'll just waste your money. You'll definitely burn some amount of it to understand how things work, but you still won't be able to reach ROI for bought traffic even if you do everything right.
I suggest you to find all the social sites like forums and fan groups in your genre and get represented into each of those (forums like freeones.com, don't know any in toon, maybe forums.e-hentai.org/index.php). Introduce yourself and post the updates.
Trading links was always a good idea, just don't waste your time on low quality sites.
I suggest you to search your keywords in Google and Bing and find familiar sites in your genre, than try to get represented there either as content producer, sponsor or fan

liked your site and wishing you the best of luck

These are excellent advices! M Deiz has been in this busniess for almost as long as me :D he knows what he's talking about.

Regarding an affiliate program, I can get you started. I have over 6000 affiliates in my database. However to be honnest, I have no idea on how many of them are in your niche or are having traffic for your niche.
Take a look at my product by clicking on the link in my sig. If ever you wish to build a solid affiliate program for a budget price, I can definately help you out!
